The youngs who are looking for fun courses among teenagers will be pleased to know that the ESF ski school of Val Thorens offers now the freestyle motion course on ski or snowboard.

With our professional riders from the ESF Freestyle Team you will be sure to make some impressive and quick progress. The freestyle trainings with jumps are on a big air mattress to assure security and protection. The system of video correction shall help the skiers and the snowboarders to improve their styles and their techniques. These training courses are only for the people older than 13 year old and who achieved the level 3.

If you’re bored of the crowd and if you enjoy riding in off-pistes away from the agitation and the excitement, our XS Freeride course should suit you perfectly. This different approach of skiing is a training course  for teenagers between 13 and 17 years old ! You will enjoy the powder snow, the snow parks and the skiercross with our instructors in limited groups of 6-10 people.

For the one who have an excellent level (Fleche de Bronze required), the ESF ski school of Val Thorens offer also some competition courses. The focus will be on technical improvement and training like high level skiers with our specialist trainers. Reserved slalom stadium, time tests, video correction, speed skiing and technique, training in slalom and giant slalom will be in the program specifically adjusted in the technique of competition. For children, possibility of lunch for those taking lessons all day. The tests of the Fleche and Chamois are included at the end of the course.
